1. Service description (independent planning)

apexstratosolutions.com ("we", "us", "our") provides independent travel planning and itinerary-concierge style services. We help you design and organize travel plans. We do not operate as a booking agent for transportation or accommodations, and we do not guarantee availability, pricing, or fulfillment of any third-party services.

2. Requests, sample itineraries, and calculators

When you request an itinerary plan, you provide travel preferences and details. The resulting plan and any sample itineraries are provided for informational purposes and may be adjusted by you.

Planning calculators (if available) are estimates and do not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for verifying schedules, routes, deadlines, entry requirements, and any costs with relevant providers and authorities.

3. User responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when requesting an itinerary.
• You must use the site lawfully and not interfere with its operation.
• You must not rely solely on our plans without independent verification.

4. Payments, order mechanics, and essential contract information (UA)

For remote (distance) services/contracts, we provide consumer pre-contract and contract-essential information, including business identification and clear order/payment mechanics, in line with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" № 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, Article 17, Article 19, Article 20 and Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" № 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

If your order is processed electronically (including e-contracting/e-commerce on the site, if applicable), we provide the information required by Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including sample itineraries, templates, and calculators (where applicable), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

We provide the service "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the site or reliance on itinerary plans. Our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant request (if any), unless a higher limit is required by mandatory law.

8. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific service and stage of delivery. If you request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable law.

Any dispute will be handled through good-faith negotiations first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in Ukraine in accordance with applicable procedural rules and mandatory consumer protection requirements.

9. Privacy and personal data

If cookies or similar technologies process personal data, we will ensure a lawful processing basis and provide required transparency. For personal data processing, the applicable framework includes Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
